Introducing the Eurochain VX VARIO: precision speed control for demanding applications

VERLINDE has expanded the Eurochain VX family with the introduction of the Eurochain VX VARIO, a variable-speed variant designed for applications where precise load positioning and smooth acceleration are critical. Powered by an integrated frequency converter drive, the VX VARIO delivers fully stepless speed control from near-zero to maximum rated speed, eliminating the mechanical jolting associated with dual-speed and single-speed hoist drives.

The VX VARIO is available in capacities from 125 kg to 2,500 kg and is particularly suited to automotive assembly, pharmaceutical manufacturing, precision engineering and any application involving sensitive or fragile loads. Its frequency drive also reduces mechanical stress on the hoist, hook and load-bearing structure, extending equipment service life and reducing maintenance costs over the long term.

Like the rest of the VX series, the VX VARIO is compatible with VERLINDE's full range of push travel, geared and motorised trolleys, and supports integration with CAN-bus control systems and radio remote control.
